Swampscott School Committee
The Swampscott School Committee is responsible for overseeing the town’s public school system, ensuring alignment with state education standards and addressing local priorities. The committee typically meets twice per month to review district policies, budgets, and educational goals. Meetings are open to the public and are available for remote viewing via Swampscott Community Television and YouTube. Subcommittees also meet separately to address specific areas such as finance, policy, and contract negotiations.
