Marblehead School Committee
The Marblehead School Committee oversees the town’s public education system, with responsibility for ensuring that it adheres to state standards and meets local needs. The committee regularly meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month to discuss educational policies, budgets, and district goals. These meetings are open to the public, both in person at the Marblehead High School library and online via Zoom. Additionally, subcommittees meet to handle specific matters like collective bargaining, budgeting, policy, and other areas.
